This morning I was feeling pretty good so I thought that I’d start on my extra distance today. Instead of doing 1 mile each day I’m going to try to do a minimum of 2 miles a day.
It was much cooler today that it has been for the last few so I knew this was the right day to start things. The pace I chose was a little harder than I thought I could handle for 2 miles but I was wrong, since I did the second mile faster than the first!
Finished 2 miles at a 8:39 pace. Great way to start the day!
