Up early and was going to try to do 11-12 but it just was not happening today since I had a meeting in Walworth county at 9:00 a.m. Enjoyed running this morning to work out some of the kinks and managed to put in 7.30 miles in 1:08:27…not too fast but defiantly not slow either!!
