Since my wife and I are in St Louis and we have a family event on Saturday we decided that it would be best to do the long run today. The weather was decent…50’s and a bit rainy but the wind was pretty bad. We did a pretty good job. I managed to put in 10.00 miles at a 9:58 pace.
