Today we flew home from Utah and then drove the long way home. Started to wash clothes and then decided we had better get out and do our run. Seeing how yesterday I ran a marathon I was not sure how well I’d fair. The humidity was up (54%) from Utah but down from last week. The temp was just right, 76 degrees. I told my wife to run ahead since I was not going to be busting any great numbers today. 1 mile at 9:26 pace.
