Since we are heading to an interview with the Journal Times it was very important that I get out of work a tad early and get my mile in so at 4:30 I left work. I got home and quickly changed and headed out the door. 8 minutes and 31 seconds later and 1.01 miles I was done and stretching. We headed out to the restaurant to meet the Goofy Gang. When I get the story I’ll post it here!
